Frozen Spires is a spell necklace which throws out a similar projectile to Ice Orb, except the resultant icicle is much larger, and upon impact it bounces until it's created a total of 4 icicles. The much larger attack area makes this spell considerably easier to hit with than its corresponding orb.
Like most spell necklaces, Frozen Spires can only be obtained by giving Neliste an 
Essence Crystal and a 
Gold Necklace.
